Bakers Math Pro is a digital software product (a standalone Windows executable compiled from a protected Excel workbook) with instant delivery upon purchase and activation. Due to the irreversible nature of digital delivery and activation, refunds are strictly limited.

Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund only within 15 days of purchase and if:

  • The product has not been registered/activated (no license key used).
  • There is a verifiable technical defect preventing normal use that we cannot resolve through reasonable support.

Note: Please ensure your system meets the minimum requirements (Windows OS) and that you have followed the provided installation guide regarding security permissions and macro settings before requesting a refund for technical issues.

No Refunds After

  • 15 days from the purchase date, or
  • Activation/registration of the license key (whichever occurs first).

Once activated, the software provides immediate, non-reversible access to protected features, formulas, and functionality — refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction after use, incompatibility with user hardware/software, or other non-defect reasons are not available.

EU/EEA Consumers – Waiver of Right of Withdrawal 

If you are a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, this is a contract for digital content with immediate performance (download and activation). By completing the purchase and activating/registering the Software, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU (as transposed in Romania and other EU/EEA Member States) and equivalent laws. This waiver is effective upon activation. If you do not consent to this waiver, do not proceed with purchase or activation. Refunds after activation are otherwise unavailable except where required by law (e.g., for fundamental non-conformity/defects).

To request a refund (if eligible), Contact Sales with proof of purchase, order details, and issue description. Requests are reviewed within 7 business days. Approved refunds back to the original payment method used at checkout (Stripe or PayPal). We reserve the right to deny refunds for fraud, abuse, or EULA violations.
